The Alchemist snubbed in Billboard’s 25 greatest producers.
The Alchemist is among the greatest producers of the 21st century, but he was snubbed in Billboard’s list of 25 greatest producers of all time.

The producer took to his social media and reposted the Billboard’s list with a caption: “but my mommy said i’m the best!!! lol.” In another tweet, he added: “Just keep going crazy. Ignore the scoreboard. By the time they do the math you’ll be so up that it won’t even matter.”

The Billboard’s list was topped by Dr. Dre, who’s considered to be the best producer of all time. The number 2 was given to Kanye West, who is as good a producer as he is in rapping. The other producers on the list include DJ Premier, The Neptunes, Marley Marl, Swizz Beatz, Timbaland, Just Blaze, Rick Rubin, Madlib, Hit-Boy, Metro Boomin and more.

This week, The Alchemist teamed up with Westside Gunn and Conway The Machine for the “Hall & Nash 2” album.
