Popular music producer Samklef has provided an update on the groundbreaking crowdfunding for late singer, Mohbad’s 5-month-old son, which has surpassed since 32 million naira.
Recall that the fast rising Singer died on September 12, 2023, leaving behind his wife, Omowunmi, and their 5-month-old son.
Charitable Nigerians have since come together to raise millions of naira for the singer’s child’s care.
On September 19th, Samklef took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to provide an update on the total amount raised thus far, which he disclosed to be N32,744,900.
He wrote;
“So far we have raised! N32,744,900 so far for mohbad son! God bless everyone contributing there is the deputy governor of Lagos state @drobafemihamzat paying last respects for imole!mohbad”
