Nigerian singer and musician , Seun Kuti has finally addressed the trending video of him physically assaulting a policeman.
Naijachoice Media reported that Seun Kuti is currently trending on all social media platforms over a video of him physically assaulting a Nigerian police officer.
In the viral video, Seun Kuti could be seen confronting the policeman at Third Mainland Bridge.
At the time of reporting, it is uncertain what caused the incident, but the person who shared the video claimed that the incident happened today, May 13th.
Now speaking out on his Instagram story, Seun Kuti alleged that the policeman wanted to kill him and his family.
The son of late legendary singer, Fela Kuti stated that he has proof of it, but he isn’t one to chase clout.
He added that the policeman has apologized to him and he has agreed not to press charges.
“He tried to kill me and my family. I have the proof but I no dey chase clout. He has apologized and I have agreed not to press charges. Make una mind una business make the poor guy no lose his job”.
